Once you have completed a course, it may take a while to be updated online. SCIDES reports student marks to the Ministry of Education five times per year. You will see an update to your transcripts in these months: November, February, May, July and September. However, SCIDES will only report to the Ministry of Education if we are your school of records. If you are enrolled full time in another school and only take a few courses with SCIDES, we will report to your school of records and they will update the transcripts on their schedule.
